Dr. Barbra Gibbons

"My belief in the holistic method of treatment stems from my childhood experience with chiropractic care."

A cum laude graduate with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College, a BA in psychobiology from New York University and a Diploma of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Dr. Barbra Gibbons began providing holistic care to patients of all ages in 1986.

Dr. Gibbons was a Red Cross Volunteer at Ground Zero in 2001, where she treated the Rescue Workers.

In 2007, Gibbons Holistic became the Official Chiropractors for the professional ABA basketball team The Jersey Express.

She was introduced to chiropractic care as a teenager, following several automobile accidents which left her with two herniated lower back discs. Dr. Gibbons credits her ability to be strong & vital to the chiropractic care she received at that time and regularly continues to receive.

In addition to offering total holistic care, Dr. Gibbons also is involved in community education. A member of the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce, she has participated in the development of the Chiropractic Round Table of Morris County. She is active in colleges, schools, special interest groups and corporations, and has participated in several educational radio & TV programs.

Dr. Gibbons is a member of ACA (American Chiropractic Association), ICAK (International College of Applied Kinesiology) and ANJC (Association of New Jersey Chiropractors) as well as a former member of NJAWBO (New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners) and NAFE (National Association of Female Executives).
